 |
 |
This request concerns the findings the South African Human Rights Commission (SAHRC) issued to the Cape Times on the editorial," Why Africans and Coloureds are on the throat of the other in the Western Cape and Cape Town".
Online Asia Africa News (OAAN) published by Afro Rights Committee in Asia would like to receive a copy of the findings you sent to Cape Times's A'Eysha Kassiem and the process you followed before pronouncing the editorial, "harmful and undesirable speech".
In the interest of transparency, democracy and freedom of speech this website would like you to e-mail the original article sent to you and the discourse analysis process you followed which ended in you making this pronouncement.
Kindly forward the requested information to, : garikaim@yahoo.co.uk by the end of business today (21/06/2005).
This follows our request to the Cape Times for this information and they either don't have it or failed to comply with our request.
Thank you OAAN
